The idea of prognostic models is closely associated with the notions of predicting and modeling. To develop the prognostic models for creating new fireproof environmentally friendly concretes and concrete masses from secondary mineral resources (SMR), the existing and new theoretical and experimental investigations, the practical results obtained and modern technologies for mechanochemical treatment of the resources (both natural and the SMR) have been combined. The advantages of this approach make it possible to considerably reduce the number of the expensive experiments on the actual objects and to use simple enough mathematical models in a system of the so-called actual-model complex (AMC).
