The purpose of this study is to observe outflow of hemoglobin through a erythrocyte's membrane pore. Compressing erythrocytes, we observed the process of collapsing of erythrocyte's membrane with differential interference microscope. The compression was load using a piezo actuator. The particles of titanium dioxide were dispersed to measure the velocity of outflow. The velocity of outflow was approximately 10μm/s, and the diameter of a pore was estimated to be 0.9 μm/s. The pressure difference between membrane inside and outside was estimated to be about 1.26Pa.
