摘要

We report our latest experimental results in spectrally characterizing silicon-based spiral microdisk resonators as 3-port channel filters, with one waveguide non-evanescently coupled to the spiral notch. We also show initial measurements of the resonance modes out-of-plane scattering that are probed using a lensed singlemode fiber scanning at a micrometer-distance above the microdisk.
