Spin transport in Sb thin films

摘要

Spin injection from a ferromagnetic film to a nonmagnetic material is an essential ingredient for the success of spintronic devices. Although researches on spin injection into metals have shown successful results [1-5], electrical spin injection and detection in a metal with low electrical conductance such as semiconductor and semimetal are not well developed because the amount of spin current injection is restricted by the problem of conductance mismatch [6-8].
