Loss of time in teeth re-plantation cause poor prognoses. The goal of treatment for traumatic injured teeth is to return the teeth to acceptable function and appearances. Early repositioning and stabilization will promote the best P.D.L. repair. (1) The case reported a young woman, 24 days after a severe accident referred, with extrusive luxation (4 mm extrusion) of the first lower right incisor. There was a little chance for successful replanting with conventional method. Since LLLT has been used for anti inflammation and improved wounds healing since 40 years ago, so LLLT was applied as adjuvant therapy to traditional treatment. 10 sessions of LLLT were done. In clinical and radiographic management on 9 months, a good result was achieved. It could be conclude that LLLT is useful method of treatment for avulsion.
