THE METHOD OF EXPERIMENTAL DETERMINATION OF LOCAL HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT AT BOILING IN ONE-SIDE HEATED TUBES

In this paper the short description of experimental facility for heat transfer research to subcooled water flow in one-side heated conditions is presented. The test-section is described. The method for carrying out the experiments and analysis of temperature measurements is presented. Using this method one can determine the temperature and the heat flux density in the high-beat area of inner perimeter of the test-section without numerical solution of a heat conductivity problem. The method is based on the measurement of the temperature in several points on the symmetry line of the test-section.
