摘要

Single tungstate crystals are very promising materials for many optical applications such as scintillators, lasers and optical active elements for the transformation of wavelength. It is known that the point defects can dramatically affect its spectroscopic characteristics. In our present work a new ESR simulation program was developed, allowing more precise experimental and simulated ESR spectra fitting by optimization of spin-hamiltonian parameters of paramagnetic center.
