The problem of development of methods of synthesis of complex compounds of the precious metals is very important for films reception by method MOCVD. Tris-(acetylacetonate) rhodium(III) is perspective precursor for reception of metal films. It is known that solvent methods of synthesis differ greater from time to time carrying out of reaction of synthesis and low outputs of target products.
