The Estimation and Improvement to Mill Spindle Fatigue Strength at the Shape Mill

At the shape mill in JFE steel co., the larger size products have been increased and fatigue failure of mill spindles has been increased, but it wasn't estimated risk of fatigue failure and decided the method of inspection. In this report, it is described that the estimation and improvement to mill spindle fatigue strength at the shape mill.
