摘要

The problem of designing reliable statefeedback controller for a class of uncertain time-delay systems with norm bounded uncertainty is considered. Based on the linear matrix inequality approach, a design approach of reliable guaranteed cost controller is presented at the case of actuator failure. The controller not only guarantees the asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system, but also gives an upper bound of the optimal cost. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design approach.
