The problem of designing memoryless state feedback H∞ controller is studied for a class of uncertain systems with time-delay. In terms of the linear matrix inequality(LMI) techniques, sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of H∞ control, the criteria are dependent on the size of the time delay. Furthermore, a corresponding convex optimization problem is formulated to design the optimal H∞ controller. Numerical example is presented to illustrate the effeciency of obtained results.
