Provided the changing framework for companies, a growing interest in diversity management styles has been noticed in organizations. In this paper, a methodology for diversity analysis at workplace is presented. When information about position characteristics and labour market for the studied job is available, any work team in an organisation can then be analysed. The diagnosis of the team from a diversity point of view is done and (should it be the case) suggestions of EO actions are given to improve the situation.
