摘要

Results of measurements of electroconductivity of the oxide interlanthanoids with perovskite structure are presented. The studied sintered ceramic samples with X-ray pattern of perovskite have composition LaYO_3, LaErO_3, LaYbO_3, GdScO_3, ScYO_3 pure and doped by oxides of calcium CaO and hafnium HfO_2 with concentration up to 0,5 mol. %. It was established that the electrical conductivity of the studied materials was determined by a non stoichiometric disordering and could be regulated in considerable extent by doping and changing equilibrium partial pressure of oxygen in gas phase.
