摘要

As a result of realized investigations of phase composition, structure and electrical conductivity of samples of ternary solid solutions 0,9 ZrO_2·+ 0,1 (Sc_2O_3, Y_2O_3) and 0,9 ZrO_2·+ 0,1 (Sc_2O_3, Lu_2O_3) the optimum compositions of solid electrolytes were set that are characterized with high electrical conductivity(ae_(1000) O_c = 0,17-0,22 Ohm~(-1) cm~(-1)) and ageing stability -Rτ/R_o -1,03-1,06. The technology is developed and production with output of high-density electrical conductivity ceramics from stabilized zirconium oxide is organized in O.J.S.C. "Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy". The application of this ceramics is developed when using it in high-temperature electrochemical devices.
