摘要

Crosstalk seriously hampers the integrity of a signal, especially in high speed link design as link speed and packaging densities keep increasing. While typical crosstalk analysis focuses on the signals end up at both ends of the channel, a thorough crosstalk breakdown from post-layout channel segmentation is presented in this paper. On this basis, a clear understanding and visualization of crosstalk contribution from each segment can be obtained. High frequency 3D electromagnetic field solver is used to simulate the channel.
