摘要

Pulsar "standard model", rotating magnetized conducting sphere surrounded by plasma, is generalized in its essential parts for the case of oscillating star. We studied the distortion of particle acceleration mechanism in polar cap of radiopulsar by neutron star oscillations excited by a strong glitch. It was shown, that this distortion can be essential and could lead to observational manifestations detectable by contemporary radiotelescopes.
