In general, when the machine and structure are designed, it is assumed the thing to use a homogeneous material. However, even if severe quality management is done, mixing the foreigenbody or the generation of an empty hole is not avoided. Recently, the speed-up of the machine is advanced. The increasing tendency of the impact load is seen along with it. The behavior of the material under the impact load is high-speed and complex. The generation from of damage and fracture is also extremely different from the one by static load. In this research, the experiment analysis of the influence that the circle-hole under the impact load had given the crack was done.
