ON THE EXPERIMENTAL CONSIDERATION FOR THE FORM OF BLOW MOLDING MACHINE BRACKETS, IN THE CASE OF TYPE NB150-2

The blow molding machine (Type NB 150-2) has a structure of centrally located two oppositely placed anchor brackets subject to repeated push and pull forces. As a result the main body rotates in relations to the brackets. In this configurations strength analysis around the brackets is required. Therefore present study set highly this as objectives. Stress-strain analysis was carried out using strain gauge method (3 axis rosette method) and were analysed for stress distribution and forth as a result since some useful data concerning with intensity design were accumulated the results were reported here.
