Application Research of Urban Disaster-Prevention Facilities Location-Planning Model and Its Visualization

There are many factors that influence the location of the urban disaster-prevention facilities, and their relation is very complex. All constraints are considered comprehensively, and the multi-objective optimized location decision-making math model is put forward. SuperMap objects and VB6.0 are used for simulation, and the urban community safety spatial planning information system is established. It realizes the creation of the rational rescue cell area on the basis of optimized location. It also realizes the optimized resource collocation considering the actual needs in the area.
