Creating the Facility Management (FM) Annual Report

It is the goal of all Facility Management professionals to provide safe, clean, and functional facilities, which respond to the evolving needs of their organization. In Facility Management, however, the better we do our work, the more invisible we can become to our organization. As a result of purposeful thinking and deliberate actions, it may seldom occur to our internal customers the efforts required to provide facilities, which are attractive, comfortable, flexible places to work.
