Operating Expenses of Commercial Premises

The problem of increasing operational expenses of is getting more and more relevance concerning commercial premises. Therefore the real estate business needs standards for several reasons: optimizing planning, benchmarking and cost - cutting. These have been the big points the GEFMA e.V. and the gif -^sGesellschaft fur immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung initiated a workgroup focused on this subject. The results of these efforts are documented in a paper called "GEFMA/gif -^sRichtlinie 210 -^sBetriebs- und Nebenkosten bei gewerblichem Raum".
