DB Services - Output Focused FM Services for Deutsche Bahn AG

Deutsche Bahn AG operates more than 5000 train stations and is therewith one of the largest real estate owners in Germany. DB Station & Service as operator and DB Services as facility management subsidiary have realized more than 20% savings on facility management costs within the last three years by implementing a new business model. Key elements are selectable service levels for every facility and a fixed yearly budget that is linked to the service level. A detailed controlling system and a new quality measurement system ensure transparency for the customer and performance controlling for the service provider.
