PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service utilization route output system capable of extracting a service utilization route (connection) using history of access to a plurality of services, and capable of providing information leading to improvement of the operational efficiency and services, and information leading to the improvement of user convenience.;SOLUTION: An integrated search system 3000 comprises: a search execution history table 3310 for storing, in a memory part, access information included in a request sent from a client PC (1000) to a search system cluster 5000, which is service providing servers; a utilization route extracting part 3530 for extracting a service accessed by the client based on the access information and a service utilization route which is the sequence of the service; a statistical information extracting part 3540 for computing the number of times of extraction of service utilization routes that are the same as the service utilization route extracted by the utilization route extracting part 3530; and a utilization route display data generating part 3550 for associating the service utilization route and the number of times of extraction, and generating output information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
