Development of Recycling Technology for 'End of Life Vehicles' - on a System to Sort and Recover 'Automobile Shredder Residue'

摘要

A new effective recycle system for automobile industries has been developed. It is composed of the best combination of simple machines such as shredder, separator, and a forming machine. All processes adopt dry methods making the all processes simple. It can process the shredder residue of about 100 ton per day. The net recycle rate is more than 85% which is the target for 2002 being decided by the MITI of Japan Government.
