Using geographic information systems to improve the accuracy of data mining models to predict the flow of patients to the health centers

Nowadays there are a great number of studies where weather variables, such as temperature and relative humidity, are related to certain diseases (Dawson 2008, Oiamo 2011), that influence the flow of patients to the health centers. We have recently conducted a study of data mining where the temperature and relative humidity are related to the influx of patients to the health centers.
