Two polysiloxane films modified with perfluorocarbon groups on the cellulose surface were prepared. Thermal yellowing properties of the modified polysiloxane films on cellulose fabric surfaces were discussed. The results show that thermal yellowing of the polysiloxane films on the cellulose surface had emerged. Whiteness of the cellulose fabric with the films obviously reduced. Polysiloxane materials modified with perfluorocarbon groups imparted good flexibility. With increasing the degree of substitution of amines, the flexibility of the treated cellulose fabrics improved.
