摘要

The aim of this paper is the construction of package of software necessary for the construction of the semi-analytical planetary theories. This package is a set of computational tools in celestial mechanics. The main parts of this package are, in first place, a set of methods for the expansion of the inverse of the distance between two planets according to trues, eccentrics, elliptic and mean anomalies; second an iterative algorithm to integrate the Lagrange planetary equations, appropriate to use several kinds of temporal variables in the Fourier ( or Poisson) series expansions, has been developed; and in third place, a Poisson series processor necessary for the construction of the solutions of order second or higher order.
