摘要

Soybean sclerotium ( Sderotinia sclerotinorum ) is important quarantine disease in production. The sporadic asco-spore disseminated by air forms initial infection. Tr. Viride strain AS3-3711 applied in different soils explored action of preventing soybean scleritium for bio-controlling problem. Result indicated that Soybean sclerotium rottenness proportion in black soil and albic soil using Tr. viride AS3-3711 is higher than that in wind-sand soil. Bio-controlling preparation applied in wind-sand soil had effected better on soybean sclerotium than done in black soil and albic soil. Disease percentage of soybean sclerotium applied N,P, and K in formula is lower than that did N and P. Bio-controlling preparation of Tr. viride AS3-3711 applied in soilhad sustainable role in crop yield.
