根瘤菌与大豆在不同类型土壤中的生态适应性研究

         

摘要

Considering the different soybean varieties and different soil types in the main production areas in Heilongjiang province, strains R_2、 R_5 and R_7 were inoculated to the varieties V_1 and V_4 in black soil ( S_2) and meadow soil ( S_1) in the pot experiment The best combinations of rhizobium with soybean and soil were; R_2V_1S_1, R_2V_4S_1, R_2V_1S_2, R_2V_4S_2. That could provide the theory basis of screening the excellent nitragin. The result showed that planting soybean could increase soil fertility. Determining the basic fertility of the two types of soil after harvesting , the organic matter in the black soil ( S_2 ) and meadow soil (S_1 ) were 7. 28% and 10. 15% higher after harvest separately than that before sowing, the alkali dispelled nitrogen were 17.44% and 16. 29% higher separately.%结合黑龙江省大豆主产区的主要土壤类型和大豆主栽品种,采用盆栽试验分别在黑土和草甸土中对大豆品种V_1和V_4接种根瘤菌株R_2、R_5和R_7,筛选与之相匹配的根瘤菌株,得到根瘤菌株、大豆品种和土壤类型三者最佳组合R_2V_1S_1、R_2V_4S_1、R_2V_1S_2、R_2V_4S_2,为获得优良大豆根瘤菌接种剂菌种提供理论基础;种植大豆可以增强土壤肥力.大豆收获后对两种土壤进行基础肥力测定得出:黑土和草甸土中有机质的含量分别较播种前增加了7.28%和10.15%,碱解氮含量较播种前增加17.44%和16.29%.
