A Study on the Optical Memory Chip

Lately, with development of optical technology, various types of optical devices and systems are introduced. However, the utilization of light in regards to storing or processing data is now very feeble. Hence, to solve such problems, I'd like to suggest an optical memory chip. Major components of optical memory chip include multiple cell blocks, address pins, data input-output pins, read/write control pins, power supply pin, control circuits, couplers, and WDMs. Data pins of optical memory are made of optical waveguide because they input and output the optical signals. Data pins in optical memory are created to play the role of optical connector. The pins are sticking out the short parts in straight line towards the outside of the chip.
