Towards Comprehensive Design and Assessment of Disaster Management System: Integrated Simulation of Emergency Response in Disasters

We are now developing an integrated simulation system of emergency response in disasters that can consider various factors of disasters, such as disaster phenomena and environment, activities of response organizations, and resident behavior, aiming to provide design and assessment support of disaster management system. This paper introduces a conceptual design of the entire system and presents a simulator of organizational behavior in earthquake disasters.
