With the growing requirements of the integration of process activities inside manufacturing and service companies aspect of changes and new concepts of process structures are becoming a topical problem. The article analyses the issue of the evaluationof processes designed on the principles of reengineering. From this point of view structural properties present the main object of the interest. In presented paper is shown methodical approach, in the framework of which some important structural attributes of business processes are analyzed.
