The sugar solution has been widely investigated for several decades. Numerous research records have been focused on the structural and spectrum performances. The dynamic behaviors were considered as important factors both in food and biology fields, which were first reported in 1960's. Although the rheological characteristics have been discussed, seldom results were present about the lubrication performance of sugar solutions.
