A new kind of measuring device of gears was invented by the authors. The errors measured by the device can be expressed as the deviation of real tooth surfaces from the theoretical ones. The errors can be applied in simulation of the gears transmission system. Considering the errors of the gears a new vibration model of transmission system is founded. The model contain normal mesh, teeth separation, back attachment process and teeth rattle. Through the analysis of the model the real working condition (including rotating speed, acceleration and angles of gears at any time under any loads and speed can be accomplished. The relation of the teeth rattle with loads is discussed emphasis.
