During the 1995-2003 years, for the French-Japanese projects ADEOS 1 and 2, CNES developed a scientific data Processing Centre in order to process various scientific levels of the French instruments Polder 1 and 2 data. After the loss of POLDER 2, CNES decided to adapt the Polder data processing Centre (CPP) in order to integrate PARASOL processing. One of the objectives was to reduce cost by different means: reuse of the main functions of the POLDER CPP, mutualisation of several functions, support to CPP of multi-mission teams... With the combination of the measures presented in this paper, PARASOL ground segment has been made in acceptable financial conditions.
