Study on ESD Measurement Standards and Experiment Methods

摘要

Through systemic study on ESD immunity testing method and two types of ESD simulators, it has been found that there are some serious problems in ESD immunity testing method specified by IEC standard and ESD simulators used in the test. Aiming at solving these problems, this paper takes into consideration the research results of foreign scholar, and has developed one type of ESD immunity testing method and equipment which are more capable of meeting actual needs. Using the new developed testing platform, the comparison between two different kinds of simulators has been made to investigate the deviation caused by the radiation fields generated by the switch motion of the simulators.
