Nanosized Zinc oxide powders with different sizes and morphologies were obtained by the sol-gel process and the precipitation process. The effects of sintering temperature on the quality of nanosized zinc oxide powders were discussed. With XRD and TEM used to have zinc oxide particles characterized. The results show that the powder is of hexagon crystalline, and average diameter of the particles prepared by the sol-gel process is smaller than that of the precipitation process.
