Free Sensate Deltoid Flap Is a Good Choice for Phalloplasty?

We reviewed our surgical results of free sensate deltoid flap for phalloplasty. We present advantages, disadvantages, technical features, and pitfalls of this technique. According to the questionnaire about the patients' quality of life, our patients are almost content. We believe this technique should be considered as a good alternative in penile reconstruction and penile construction.
