In China many third-party MF enterprises carry on the informatization construction, but very few get real effects. How to handle advanced information processing technology well, and coordinate the relationship between current requirement and long-term development of MF enterprise becomes one problem that must be solved. This paper makes a theoretical discussion on internal informatization system of the third-party MF enterprises. We consider that the foundation of this system must rely on various kinds of information management system, and combine the management mode of third-party MF enterprises, make a dynamic association according to the functions of third-party MF enterprises.
