Competences Management for Dynamic Collaborative Value-creating Networks IMS Symphony project

摘要

This paper reports on experiences of implementing a competences management system for the IMS Symphony project. The main hypothesis that the paper tries to affirm is that competences management of human resources improve the value of creating networks. On condition that this competences management can rely on an organisational context specifically designed out of strategy.
