摘要

Magnetic cores of power transformers undergo heating stresses during their normal operation. In addition, the new European grid codes defined by the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity will allow extended fluctuations in voltage and frequency than the actual French grid code. This may constrain the magnetic core of transformers with repeated over-fluxing. These over-inductions will induce higher losses in the core and its metallic structural part. Therefore, there is an increased interest in knowing the precise magnetic and thermal behaviour of power transformer cores and clamping systems.
