Development of Reversiblelight by Hot Embossing Technology

摘要

Hot embossing technology is important for nano-order optical devices. In this paper, the reversiblelight for mobile display with nano prisms which is the antireflection structure is proposed. And the reversiblelight is fabricated by hot embossing technology. The nano prisms achieved the reflectance to be only 0.6%.
