It is very important to preserve and leave motion picture film images for future generations. Recently, the area of Digital Intermediate has been expanded extensively because digital editing for which Film Scanning, Digital Camera, and Computer Graphics are applied has become very popular. Fujifilm has introduced new products by investing significantly in the development of the ETERNA series. ETERNA 500T, a high-speed (E.I.500) color negative film achieves ultra-fine grain, natural skin tones and outstanding gray balance. Dramatically improved grain produces natural results for even the most sophisticated studio work including digital processing and computer graphics. Following ETERNA 500T, we increased the line up to include ETERNA 400T, 250T and 250D. This year, we introduced ETERNA Vivid 160. This is superb for studio work at E.I. 160 color and for daylight location use at E.I. 100. Exceptional sharpness and image quality also make it the best choice for telecine transfer and sophisticated digital effects. Also this year we introduced a new recording film ETERNA-RDI and a new color intermediate film ETERNA-CI.
