Designing Multi-level Renewable Energy Education and Awareness Programs: results from putting a generic methodology into practice

Worldwide there is general acknowledgement of the need for a major shift in our society's use of energy in order to become more environmentally, socially and economically sustainable. This requires a corresponding high level of education activity in all sectors. The main objective of this study was to determine whether a single, generic methodology or approach could be used for designing energy education materials, courses or programs across all sectors of education. What would such programs look like? Would they be greeted favourably by those being educated?
