Terror Attack Risk Analysis: Study on Eastern Turkistan Issue

For the purpose to avoid being monitored and tracked by the security services, terrorists usually take advantage of alternative forms of network architecture, to operate a terror attack by means of emergent swarm cluster developed through percolation of passive supporters. Conventional counter-terrorism forces such as military and police will face a greater challenge in trying to neutralize the terrorism action with multi-originated feature. By using physics concept of percolation, Eastern Turkistan terrorism issue was chosen as a case to simulate and analyze the evolution mechanism of a given regional terror attack threat. The explanation in theory reveals that it is feasible to mitigate terror attack risk by non-destructive tool.
