Some Ideas on How to Strengthen Management and Innovation of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

摘要

This paper briefs the connotation of IPR, elaborates the functions of IPR in facilitating inventions, innovations and technical developments. It also points out the major points of IPR management and protection and analyses the shortcomings of IPR management and protection work in China. Based on the above, it gives some innovative suggestions in how to strengthen IPR management in China.
