The Analysis and Avoidance of Passive Relationship between Enterprise Development and Enterprise Impetus

摘要

The eternal goal of an enterprise is development; meanwhile the enterprise impetus is the pushing power of its development. Firstly, this essay states that if an enterprise cannot reach its expected target, mainly because the passive relationship exists between enterprise development and its impetus during the developing process. Furthermore, based on this statement, the reasons of emerging the passive relationship are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions on how to avoid such a passive relationship are presented.
