High-tech industries are the industries which combined with vast assets, intense technology and plentiful talent. The characteristics of these industries are high-investment, high-risk and high-revenue. The value activities of high-tech companies are differentiated from that of traditional companies. In this paper, we aim to find out the proper marketing strategy of high-tech companies by analyzing the characteristics of their value chains.
