Construction of A New Style of Performance Appraisal System for Commercial Bank - Discussion on Application of BSC in Bank's Administration

Balanced Score Card (BSC) is a strategic index system, including both financial indexes and non -financial indexes. It dramatically influences enterprises' strategy management. This paper discusses a new style of performance appraisal system BSC for commercial banks, thus sets up five modules for the system, especially the risk management module, therefore, puts forward an effective approach to comprehensively improve bank s operation efficiency.
