摘要

Removal and treatment equipment for VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) exhausted from coating and printing plants was developed by diffusion scrubber method. The equipment consisted of parallel plate type of diffusion scrubber with porous Teflon membrane unit. It could remove VOCs by flowing in polluted air into the narrow space between two parallel units. As results of evaluation experiments, it was found that the developed equipment could remove Toluene with more than 30 percent of removal efficiency, Ethylbenzene and p-Xylene with about 50 percent of removal efficiency at flow rate of 1200m~3/h. The developed removal equipment in this study has a lot of advantages compared with the conventional removal technology of VOCs.
